Client Data Stewardship
We aim to collect and use only the information needed to complete the agreed work. Client materials are handled
within approved systems and are not shared with unauthorized parties. Access is limited to the people and tools
needed to support the engagement.
Safeguards and Practices
Our approach emphasizes data minimization, appropriate access controls, secure storage, responsible use of
AI-enabled tools, and clear retention or deletion expectations. We do not use client information casually or
outside the agreed scope of work.
Responsible AI Use
When AI-enabled tools are used, they are applied in a controlled and purposeful way to support analysis,
summarization, organization, workflow improvement, and knowledge retrieval. Client data is not used for unrelated
experimentation, public examples, or external publication without permission.
Confidentiality
We treat client documents, workflows, meeting notes, operational details, and internal business information as
confidential. Specific confidentiality terms may also be addressed in a mutual NDA, consulting agreement,
statement of work, or other written agreement.
Retention and Deletion
Client materials are retained only as needed for the engagement, ongoing support, or agreed documentation purposes.
Upon request or at the end of a project, we can discuss return, deletion, or continued retention of project
materials.
